Through the creativity of engineers in ON/QB unusable uranium in SK is able to be used to generate clean energy, without the need of enriched urnanium from either the US or Russia. And the history of its use in the city of Toronto has demonstrated its impact on reducing emissions! Or for that matter CANDU reactors could be used to help decarbonize the oilsands!
